Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a Zenvicart project, notify us in writing within 7 days of the project start date. Cancellations beyond this window may incur partial fees commensurate with work completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Full refunds apply if cancelled before any work has started. Partial refunds are issued proportional to milestone progress when work is underway.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party costs procured by Zenvicart on your behalf — such as domain registration, hosting subscriptions, or third-party software licences — are strictly non-refundable.

4. Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@zenvicart.shop. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
